With many people investing in Home Gyms over the past year, and the shift to working from home. Getting a training session in at home has never been easier. But, you will probably find yourself training the same things you LOVE training, and avoiding the things you NEED to train to achieve your goals. Our MOV.E Trainers can design and deliver Individualised Training Programs based specifically around your Goals and Equipment. All programs are delivered via our App (includes movement demos, loading suggestions and progress tracking).
